The Manager Assistant will provide excellent office support to our very fast paced distribution. The ideal candidate for this job is
resourceful, a good problem solver, high attention to detail, organized and assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner
is key to success in this position.

Supports one or more managers or executives. Performs more complex administrative activities including managing projects, composing
letters and reports, preparing/editing presentations, and recommending alternative decisions. Requires strong written and verbal
communication skills. Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or
database applications.

 Who We Are

MNH Enterprise Inc. is a Nation Wide Samsung B-Stock Home Appliance Distributor. We specialize in strategic supplying with access to all Samsung Home Appliance Distribution Centers Nation Wide.

 Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Review PO’s & invoices for accuracy and completeness
*Provide follow up on identified issues and discrepancies within shipments & PO’s
*Generate, maintain and follow through on all purchase orders such as vendor delivery and completion
*Maintain sales materials
*Researching descriptions and product data

 Personal Capabilities include but are not limited to:

*Strong technical and computer skills - Advance User in Word, Intermediate user in Excel, Adobe
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Detail oriented with a pro-active work ethic; excited to embrace new technologies/systems as they arise; must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Associate/Bachelor’s degree required
*1+ years of administrative support experience
*Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
*Maintain professional presence and customer confidence by keeping company information confidential.
*Ability to multi-task and be able to prioritize tasks
*Team player with ability to meet deadlines
*Punctuality and attendance are critical for success in this position
*Word processing, filing, copying and binding
*High energy and motivation level
*1 Years Administrative experience
*Typing 60 WPM
*Bi-lingual in English & Korean is preferred

Position: Office Assistant (Bi-Lingual in Korean is Required)

Location: Buena Park, CA

Begin: Immediately

Office Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Wage: $15 ~ $18 an hour
