JOB SUMMARY:

Account Manager responsibilities include, but not limited to, effectively managing the assigned accounts of the company, acting as an intermediary between the company and the clients, and ensuring that the clients get the most benefit out of any tax services that the company provides.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinates with the business owners and /or client’s CPA on all the documents and information required to do estimation of Corporation and Personal cash refunds and tax credits.
2. Negotiates on the service fee charges and prepares service agreement for the renewal of contract with clients.
3. Prepares and reviews assigned accounts and reconcile discrepancies
4. Coordinate and communicate with the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) and /or Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on documentary deficiency of client, notice addressed to client, and updating clients on any new directives from FTB and /or IRS.
5. Analyze and qualify clients and prospects for the available tax credit
6. Provide Support for the Sales Personnel and/or Sales Director
7. Acts as the middle man between client and Sales Personnel. Communicate and resolve questions with clients.
8. Cold/Warm calls to CPA firms and businesses to generate leads
9. Meet with prospecting clients (if needed) to explain services and learn sales
10. Prepared proposal and contract management for Sales
11. Ability to build and sustain long term relations with clients to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
12. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by Management from time to time.


QUALIFICATIONS:

 • Minimum 2 years’ experience within Customer Service or Sales
 • Must have experience in an office setting environment
 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 • Must be a fast learner and detail oriented
 • High level of professionalism, motivated, detail and goal oriented
 • Strong analytical and decision-making ability
 • Strong organizational and planning skills
 • Able to multi-task, able to perform with minimal supervision
 • Able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
 • Proficient in Microsoft office (word and excel) and internet research
 • Authorized to work in the U.S.A.
